iPhone dialling for old timers

Having recently decked ourselves out with iPhones, there is a fair amount of excitement in the office about what apps are available (combined with some of our own R&D, but more about that in due course).

For any old timers out there, here's one to flood back the memories... iDial has emulated the old style rotary dial. To install, add: http://rep.sosiphone.com as a source in Installer.

High seas

For April's team activity we split into two teams and set to the harbour with Sydney By Sail. Each boat had to solve clues and race to points on the harbour to uncover the final destination. There was much banter and it proved to be a tactical affair, but whilst the "A Call to Farms" skippered by Rann clearly had the brawn it was the guile & intelligence of Liberiou's "Blow Hards" that won the day.

The winning team lunched out at Pizze e Birre (well, will do), with the LOSERS left collecting their thoughts in the office.

Morning tea

Earl Grey, tea pots & muffins? Well almost. Every fortnight we have morning tea, one of the team plays host & shares stuff that they think is cool, relevent (at a stretch sometimes) and might be interesting to the rest of the group. We'll share these sessions with you through these pages. (Yes, we do also have muffins).

Bowling & poker

We headed to Paddo Bowls for Octobers quarterly team activity, with the intention of some highly competitive bowling before heading inside to have a poker knockout. The weather thwarted any bowling plans and the additional drinking time created some pretty vocal claims on peoples poker talent.

The chaps at Raw Poker ran two tables for us and evetually JamesH ran out winner and took the spoils.
