[August 2008] In mid 2008, The Farm partnered with Unwired to assist with the launch of the TiVo Support Site. The project involved three components; scoping, content and build. The scoping stage included research and development into possible solutions in both Dotnet and PHP environments, the formation of technical guidelines and system architecture documentation, and development of information architecture and user flows. The content stage involved preparation of all help articles for use on the site, and The Farm provided appropriate copywriting experience to ensure clear and consistent tone and terminology site-wide. The final build included site build, including customisations to spec, testing, content migration and deployment.
